1. Cloud Sales Specialist

Key Functional Responsibilities
  • 1. Primarily responsible for establishing and developing good relationships with prospective clients to make successful sales.
  • 2. Rightly recommending best solutions with strong focus on products' unique selling propositions to the client.
  • 3. Developing the regional base of active customers – upselling and cross-selling.
  • 4. Meeting company revenue targets and goals for both fresh revenue and other revenue types.
  • 5. Maintain strict follow-up routine and maximize potential revenue by increasing ticket size.
  • 6. Generating leads via different outreach efforts, client referral, and partner networks.
  • 7. Work on client retention and contract renewals.
  • 8. Develop relationships with all accounts and develop key relationships with strategic accounts.
  • 9. Understand competitors’ products and their selling price to strategically place the company’s product in the customer's mind.
  • 10. Identify areas where the company can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to management.
Skill Requirements
  • 1. Prior knowledge and experience in selling cloud products like Private Cloud, Public Cloud, dedicated servers, shared servers, Cloud-based SaaS selling, Tally on Cloud VDI, etc.
  • 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3. Passionate about sales and achieving sales targets.
  • 4. Competent to demonstrate excellent technical sales pitch.
  • 5. Approach to learn about the company’s technical product and its features.
  • 6. Should have the ability to take discussions regarding cloud aspects with CXOs/Application Heads at customers and articulate cloud offerings.
  • 7. Ability to build rapport, create connections, and drive engagement with customers.

  • UG: Any Graduate


2. Cloud Administrator

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Windows Server Management:
    • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
    • Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
    • Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance.
  • 2. Linux System Administration:
    • Manage and maintain Linux servers, including installation, configuration, and support.
    • Collaborate with the team to integrate Linux and Windows environments.
  • 3. Firewall and Security:
    • Administer FortiGate or other firewall solutions to secure the network infrastructure.
    • Implement and monitor security policies, conduct vulnerability assessments, and respond to security incidents.
  • 4. Cloud Operations:
    • Manage and support cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Private Cloud) for deployment and scaling of applications and services.
    • Oversee cloud resource utilization and cost management.
  • 5. Virtualization:
    • Administer virtualization platforms such as Virtualizor, VMware, or Hyper-V.
    • Configure, deploy, and manage virtual machines and virtual networks.
  • 6. Cloud Backup Operations:
    • Implement and manage cloud backup solutions to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery.
    • Monitor backup processes and conduct regular testing and restoration drills.
  • 7. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures.
    • Generate reports on server performance, security incidents, and system usage.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Windows Server administration, with additional experience in Linux systems, firewall management, cloud operations, and virtualization platforms.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator, CompTIA Linux+, Fortinet NSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
    • Experience with Linux distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS).
    • Knowledge of firewall technologies, particularly FortiGate.
    • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
    • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Virtualizor, VMware, Hyper-V).
    • Experience with cloud backup solutions and disaster recovery practices.
    • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
